This company forgot to notify me to renew my prescription like they're supposed to, strung me along for weeks while I didn't have birth control, then cancelled my 1 year prescription after only 3 months. After that, things got bad. I was without birth control AGAIN and they started charging my bank account for the annual $26 fee (which I had just paid three months ago) multiple times a day. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop, because of course there's no one in billing you can speak to. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and response time is a joke. They steal from you and all you can do is send them a text they'll ignore for days. No one to speak to on the phone in an emergency. They don't care about your reproductive health and are happy to outright rob you. Avoid this company at all costs.
