I have been with Twentyeight Health for about a year now. In that time, I've had multiple questions, needed refills ASAP, gotten emergency contraceptive methods, and so much more. I'm a busy toddler mom that works from home and homeschools, and having my medication sent to me always takes the strain off. If I could get ALL my medications from Twentyeight, I would recommend it. I think most people that leave a bad review for this company might just have a difficult time understanding the platform to get the customer service they need. I personally love it and have had no problem. I send in a request for medication on a Sunday night, get a response the next morning, and my meds came on Wednesday. I absolutely LOVE and admire this company. It makes staying safe super simple and the ladies I've had the pleasure of speaking with have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable.
