All I've been given is emails that are sent out as mass emails to pretend that they're going to help and I've received zero calls zero text zero emails with a result to receiving my prescription this company is the worst at customer service the worst at being customer friendly because no one answers you don't ever listen or hear a live human on the other end of the phone! Go to another company that doesn't lie, ignore and doesn't care about your health. I have a severe menstrual period that has me bed bound if I don't have my birth control patch.
