The BEST customer service HANDS DOWN! After ordering my part, I realized I had selected and paid for Express shipping, when my purchase already qualified me for free shipping (and based on previous purchases, I already knew how lightning fast their shipping/handling is). So, I went ahead and messaged their customer service to cancel my purchase, so that I can re-order. Within minutes, I received a phone call (which I couldn't answer due to being at work). Right after, I received a text from Daniel giving me the heads up that he was calling from TSP in regards to my inquiry. Shortly after, he emailed me informing me that he could simply refund the shipping cost, without cancelling the whole order, so that I wouldn't get hit wit the 5% processing fee for the return. Never have I ever had a better experience, better or faster communication with an online merchant! He even emailed me right after with shipping updates, and I received my part in two days!!! Packaging was spot on too.
