Schuhe bestellt mit "Zunge", welche beim Tragen bzw. Anprobieren sehr unangenehm sind. Verkäufer kontaktiert wegen Rücksendung bzw. Austausch gegen normale ohne Zunge, aber egal auf welchem Weg - keine Reaktion, nun sitze ich auf den neuen Schuhen und kann sie nicht mal umtauschen. Sehr schade und spricht nicht gerade für ein seriöses Unternehmen keine Rückmeldung auf diverse E-Mails zu erhalten.
