Bought 3 veg cages for almost £250 when they came they weren't wrapped separately and the free netting came in what looked like one roll . On trying to put the cages together I couldn't get the metal tubes into the fixings , when I got in touch I was told to use washing up liquid as they needed to be tight . Also said I could send back but at my own expense and they would "look" at a refund . I persevered and although it took some of the plastic of the fittings when putting the poles in the washing up liquid made things easier . On doing this I have to have the poles on the patio and some of the green paint which I had paid extra for came off . Finally the netting wasn't all on one roll , but I didn't find this out until I had cut the first piece to size . the second piece wasn't long enough so I have had to put a piece in . Complained via a letter which took over a month to receive a reply to and then they covered themselves saying that I had damaged the paint and therefore they would do nothing . also said they would have sent fresh netting had I asked but they didn't send me any with the letter despite knowing I was short . I used to like Two Wests (not least because of the dogs) but i shan't be going back there as most of the stuff can be bought elsewhere . Ver Very disappointed with the attitude especially as other companies have bent over backwards to be helpful in these trying times .
