On 14 August 2020 I ordered two water butts from the company. The price charged by them was about £20-00 more than other suppliers but I chose them because they intimated on their website that the particular butts I was after were in stock, and I was in a hurry. In the event, I discovered that other suppliers received stock about a week later for immediate delivery, and when I received an invoice from Twowests, it stated that they had only placed an order from the manufacturers on 18th August, and I eventually only received them on 1st September. Shocking service, more expensive price, and false information on their website.
