Excellent service. I ordered the wrong item and emailed them immediately to try to rectify. Knowing that systems are automated these days, I knew it was futile, and indeed it was, my order was automatically dispatched. However, the day after I received an email saying that ‘they’ were sorry and that they have dispatched my intended order free of charge! Incredible customer service. Haven’t experienced this kind of service for a long time. Not looking anywhere else now!
