Absolutely shocking. In summary ordered expensive new tyres on-line tyres delivered were used and had a manufactured date of 04/10 so 11yrs old....... Yes Really. Since then they have collected the tyres (evidence removed) despite over 20 requests for them to advise how they are going to resolve the issue. Clearly by their demonstrated business practice they are happy to ignore such requests and do nothing to resolve their mistakes - (my order is still outstanding). The only reason this company gets 1 star is that there is not a 0 star option. The case is now being escalated with my bank, the motor ombudsman and the business federation.
