Honestly. If I could give no stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s been about 3 weeks since tyres were ordered. 4 tyres arrived. All of them the wrong ones. No contact numbers, everything over the ticketing system. Which if you’re expecting a speedy response. You have come to the wrong place. It’s been 2 weeks of emails trying to arrange collection of the incorrect ones. And we still haven’t even been given a tracking number for the correct ones being sent out!!!! I have offered two solutions to getting the wrong tyres collected - including getting them picked up from my address as my dad is self employed and can’t stay home all day waiting for a collection to come and get them. Especially because it’s 2 weeks later and we don’t even know if one has been arranged. Unlikely as we were advised within 2-6 days they’d be collected...... that was last week. Not even been arranged as we have had zero contact/ tracking numbers or anything. Beyond a joke. For the sake of saving money go elsewhere.
