On 20/10 I order tyres for next day dispatch: They took my money but didn't send. I then cancelled the order which they accepted and would refund: They then sent the order which I had already placed elsewhere. I was told the order would be picked up: They didn't. I wasted 3 separate days where they said they would pick up. I was told they would not consider refund unless they picked up goods. on 9/1/23 without prior notification courier called to pick up. Fortunately my wife was home and goods were returned. 22/1/23: Goods still not refunded despite them having had tyres in their possession for nearly 2 weeks. I have a funny feeling I've seen the last of my £195.
