Avoid these people. I placed an order for a set of winter tires on their website on the 3rd of November. Per their website, they ask you to allow 8 to 9 days after placing your order for delivery. On the 9th day I went online and saw that there was no tracking information nor a status on my shipment. I went ahead and sent an email to customer service asking about status and tracking information. Two days later I received and answer asking me if I had received the tires, which I haven't. I replied asking for tracking information and to this date, I have not heard from these people again. I have tried every possible way on their website, from emails, WhatsApp and phone. Their phone system is set to cut your call once it reaches 10 minutes on hold. No one has ever answered any of my calls. I have not received a single reply to my over 7 emails on different addresses. Not even the WhatsApp system replies. I went ahead to PayPal to start a refund request. Per PayPal policy I have to wait until the 12 of December to allow them to research or respond to my claim. As of right now I am still waiting on any kind of communication from this company. Do they have only one employee?!?! They are ridiculous, and all I tried to do was save me 60 euros on the tires but now it will cost me more as I had to reachbout to my attorney to handle the situation while I still don't have my winter tires nor my 800 euros spent. Horrible experience, please avoid these people
