It was a very enjoyable day; even my wife and daughter enjoyed it as observers. I was able to drive the 3 types of cars I most wanted to drive: Aston Martin, Ferrari and Lamborghini, with no last minute substitutes. The instructors were all friendly and made me feel welcome, and obviously knew what they were doing, even urging me to drive faster, maybe having more confidence in the driver / car combination than I did myself! The quality of the photographs and the efficiency of all the team employed there was very high. In terms of constructive feedback, the in car footage of the Lamborghini, my 3rd and final, and probably fastest laps was not captured due to a technical issue with the data-stick inside the car. Also, the silver and black Ferrari 360 had obviously "been around the block" a few times. Whilst it was fantastic to get behind the wheel of a Ferrari after 42 years of driving, the steering was very heavy, and the instructor admitted that probably all was not well with the power steering on that car. I would encourage any car enthusiast to have a go, but budget an extra £20 for the damage waiver and £49 for the photos and video package over and above the headline cost of the day. Vincent, Oxford.
