VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ORDERING FROM SOUQ RECENTLY. THEY KEEP MISSING THE ITEMS AND CANNOT REFUND STATING THAT THE ORDERED ITEM MUST FIRST BE RETURNED TO SUPPLIER BEFORE REFUNDING AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE PRODUCT IS. BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING. I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS STILL NO DELIVERY.
