Just an update on missing samsung s9...souq came back and said it is our fault!! I have video evidence but still our fault!! How is that?!???!!The box they sent was empty! No Phone! Nothing but a piece of paper!! This is sooo frustrating..felt like we were robbed! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SOUQ!! Especially expensive electronic products!! 0 is the number i’ll give but since 1 is the lowest option hence the check..
