The worst online shopping site, Your the most unprofessional team especially the manager named "May", every time the call center tells me that the Manager "May" will call but seems "May" shes so busy to answer the complains, I made an order on the 4th of March and suppose to be delivered on the 7th of March, on that day they called and informed me that there will be delay cuz the items not available and since then am contacting Souq and no response other than we are working on your complaint and the Manager "May" will call you and again "May" is busy. why we should trust such a site if they publish products and they take our money and after that, we should waste our time following up on our order and the money we paid. Unprofessional and incredible site.
