They created a funnel so that the client can't easily reach customer service, hiring drivers that are unable to speak English to address the issue of being delay and when you try to call customer service they cancel the order and I need to pay £35 for no delivery.
Whatever goes wrong will be your fault even if they don't deliver they will get your money. Use another provider or walk to the restaurant.
