Ordered food 50min later food arrives because uber eats had trouble locating a driver. Also driver rang my doorbell when I’ve given INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO!!!!, Anyway I never accepted the food and told driver to go away. Uber wouldn’t even apologise, won’t be expecting a refund.
And this is not the 1st time they’ve done this.
Customer service is rubbish
Just eats is cheaper
