Ubereats is a complete scam and has stole £95 for no order ever coming to us! I didn't receive my order and they straight up refused me a refund. I ordered for a group of colleagues at work and I had the decency to return their money as the order never came yet Uber Eats won't give me £95 back what kind of a service is this!
They will get nowhere with this type of attitude or service and Deliveroo and Just Eat deserve to be the superior food delivery service as they respect their customers.
Something to learn if they ever read their reviews.
