Food is always cold no insulated bags and when you try to get compensation they don't care I will never use them again don't belive the rating on app if you look around there rating is 1 to 1.5 terrible service terrible company my order sat I conter for 30 min then driver took another 30 min was supposed to take 20 tired of cold food
