I ordered food from Uber Eats, when l was making the payment suddenly screen frozen/ skipped. I wasn't sure if the payment gone through or not. I did not get any confirmation email either and l assumed payment was not taken and ordered another food from somewhere else. Next day when l checked my bank account l saw that restaurant's name on my transaction. They took £ 13 from my account. I did not recieve the food ,l did not ordered the food from them. I only made order on UBER EATS and on Uber eats order is not exist! But on my bank account it is. I contacted Uber customer service and they ask me the order number even hundreds times l told them there is not any order number because there is not exist order on their page! Only on my bank account,l can see that restaurant's name! This is fraud,they are scammers!
