This platform is basically designed to scam customers. They blatantly overcharged me and refuse to refund. another time, the driver brought us a burrito and fries instead of 6 poke bowls that we ordered. UNBELIEVABLY, they refused to refund once again.
Their call centre in the Philippines or India doesn't listen or care about customers concerns and basically have a script to scam people.
Stay away from Uber Eats!
