Horrible customer service! We used UE, for the first time on our visit to Anaheim. There was a Starbucks less than a mile from our hotel. Our order was picked up a little after 8:00? The driver had 1 stop before us where they spent an extended amount of time. At 8:55 the driver still had not located us and was lost. Finally, the driver called but now our food had been in transit for nearly an hour and was cold. Since the driver was lost and could not find us I told the driver we wanted to cancel. I contacted Uber Eats customer service and spoke to Wendy. She indicated to us that there was nothing they could do and it was not of Uber Eats concern the temperature of our food. Not to mention that the driver was lost and still had not found our location. Absolutely the worst customer service. I order from DoorDash three to four times a week. I have NEVER had this problem and they actually do care about the temperature of the food.
