I pay for their monthly membership, was excited to be a part, only to be told I need to “add £3 extra” to benefit. So I added the extra to my cart… ok done ✅
Or so I thought!! They changed drivers multiple time, the food came right at the max time before expiration and was COLD and so tasted disgusting, and then to add insult to injury, the thing I PAID EXTRA to get, was missing.
I contacted them to say it was missing and they sent me an automated robotic response to say sorry they can’t get me a refund for the missing items.
I reached out again (did this 5 times, with pictures and immediately as I got the order), and they literally, no joke, sent me the saaaaame stupid automated response everytime showing that they don’t have real humans or caring humans running the customer service. For me that was the bottom line.
Mistakes can happen, the order sent was wrong. Ok fine.
Delays can happen and the food is cold, ok fine.
But why the heck am I PAYING them a service or membership fee and when something goes wrong there is no care or resolution.
They should stick to taxi services. They are the worst and I won’t be using them for food ever again. Period.
