I ordered the food and realize there is a missing item, so I decided to cancel it because each order it will cost the shipping fee. After cancellation they charged me full amount of the money for the food even though I cannot get any food. It was only like 2-3 mins after the order placement, they say the restaurant started the preparation so need to charge the full amount.. It is ridiculous after 2 mins the food is ready and the driver is wafting at a front door of the restaurant???
So in the end I lost 30EUR just clicking the bottom by mistake. The app is so stressful to use and the customer service is worst ever....please stay away if you do not wanna lose money for nothing.
