FRAUDULENT SCUM
We ordered on gfs account using the website last night. Got an automated call later saying "rider's contacted you in app please respond." We don't have the app so contacted customer support. They told us it had been delivered, whilst I was waiting at the door. IT HAD NOT! Nobody arrived or made any attempt to call us. Customer service ended the chat, issue unresolved. Charged for order & told no refund. No response to emails yet or refund. Absolutely furious & will be escalating
