My ice cream and 2 boxes of popsicles melted all over my groceries, everything frozen and refrigerated that they sent was ruined, it was WARM. The driver asked me if I wanted substitutions for about 20 things. I said yes for 5. I said no for about 15. I said NO and they sent me 15 things that I didn't order and that I specifically said no to then sending. It then took 3 different customer service reps for me to even get an UBER CREDIT for just the ice cream and popsicles. Don't use this service
