The app itself is easy to use, The issue I had was the incorrect house being pinpointed when delivering my food causing confusion with delivery drivers. Uber Eats refused to change the marker when contacted several times. Even when contacting delivery drivers directly on the app, some would mark the food as delivered and steal over £30 worth of food, Uber Eats said they'd refund me and I never did get that refund. For me, Just Eat is more convenient as they have the correct house marked and the drivers have no issue delivering to my house.
