Ordered £50 worth of food through Macdonalds app for hungry nhs staff. Uber eats were meant to deliver. No food delivered and refused refund. They stated driver had delivered and rung mobile number. Absolute lie. No missed calls and no sign of food. We waited at the door for it. Took ages to get through to customer services. 1st lady rude and hung up. 2nd person put us through to manager who was meant to call us back but didn't. We eventually called them again. Absolutely disgusting. Never use as they steal your food and money 🤬
