I have attempted to overlook all of the mistakes from utilizing Uber Eats for several years. Today, I am over it. It is obvious that Uber Eats main focus is capitalizing and monetizing to the detriment of their customers. The satisfaction of customers is the last concern. As I started earlier, I have, against my better judgment, used Uber Eats as my food delivery service. I am unwell and homebound, my income is retirement. Today is the final time that I will ever use Uber Eats. My service was late, my food was cold and inedible, and Uber Eats denied me a refund. I am appalled. This is certainly not my first complaint. I do not complain 90% of the time; my food is delivered cold, drivers deliver multiple orders, and the restaurants are inconsistent.
After patiently waiting for my late order today, I was unable to eat it. I am an individual with special needs and I am deeply hurt. I reached out and dismissed. Please do yourself a favor and use another food delivery service. Uber Eats does not care for customers, it is all about the money.
