Food arrived but missing my child’s food. Contacted support and they advised so sorry nothing we can do.
I asked cant the delivery driver go pick up the missed item? Uber said no
Then I asked what Uber will do to rectify this?
Uber replied, sorry about that but there is nothing we will be doing and you don’t qualify for any money back.
Contacted Uber supervisor and same responses.
