If anyone has this problem or them taking extra money report it to consumer affairs who want to investigate this further. I found on my PayPal automatic payments unauthorised coming out of my bank. The payments were $9.99 $14.99 all different amounts.
I called PayPal to make a dispute and they said yes uber eats does automatic payments without authority.
