Terrible service. God forbid if you have to cancel your order after placing it. Even if you cancel after 1 min they will charge you.
Worst part is they will pretend like they are allowing you to cancel, then after 10 min say the restaurant started food preparation and so we can’t cancel. Then they will charge you for the food and cancelling the order, even when they didn’t cancel it!!!
I chatted with the customer service and after parroting some standard message (full of bullshit) she ended the chat! Very corrupt practices. I hope someone sues them.
