I reported the issue through the app, but since I didn't take a photo, they refused to issue a refund or even a credit. I reached out to customer support, only to receive the same disappointing response.
It's disheartening to see a major company like Uber Eats, which has the resources to support its customers, neglecting such a serious sanitation issue. I have been a loyal customer for years, spending a significant amount of money with this company, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and unvalued. Because of this incident, I will never use Uber Eats again and will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you, Uber Eats.
