The UberEats chat support SUCKS. The agents end chats prematurely without explanation or pass you around to their “specialized customer support team,” which is code word for passing you off to another agent. My experience with Rhic, Gerlie, Bienvenido, Gerald, Jack, Sarina and Kaidar Singh have been far from pleasant and could seriously use a customer support refresher training.
The door dash customer support team is WAY better at addressing concerns, providing explanations or solutions and ensuring customers are satisfied (whatever the outcome may be).
