I ordered baked goods for a grandmother, staying at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The driver called me and hung up after 5 seconds. The delivery was made to a park bench outside of the building. The order was stolen.
The hospital staff said that the Uber Eats drivers dump food orders outside of the hospital, and a friend of theirs then steals the food.
From this one order, I was stolen of money and food that was going to a hospital patient.
