UberEats is a despicable company. My food came stone cold and UberEats was happy to take my money, but do NOTHING about the poor delivery when I complained.
Their customer service is also extremely poor - they didn’t treat me like a human being throughout the complaints process, and continued to try and fob me off.
Do yourself a favour and use Deliveroo or JustEat - they treat you as a human being and deliver excellent customer service.
I would give UberEats minus 5 stars if I could. Shame on them!
