Terrible customer service. They “answer the question” then immediately end the chat so you cannot message them anything else.
I’ve been receiving a promotional email for the past year with a $20 coupon off my first order. Today, I finally decide to use it only to find out that they just deactivated the coupon so that I cannot use it. Seems like they want me to make my first purchase, so that I will no longer be eligible for the $20 off. It’s just a baiting scheme.
