UberEats had 3 different agents lie to me regarding an order I waited over an hour for. I told them it was already late at night and I had a young son to feed. They threatened to charge me the full order value if I canceled. They told me a driver was on their way with the order and max time would be a total wait of 1.5 hours. Then they canceled the order without telling me. I checked in with an agent who lied to me and disconnected the support chat. I reached out again and they lied and said the restaurant canceled the order. They disconnected me again. I reached out to the restaurant who said they handed the food to the driver but Uber canceled it. I almost gave a bad review to a small business because Uber lied and blamed them for everything. This is despicable and unethical behaviour
