Long story short: worst customer experience I have ever had!
The product was not delivered, since UPS claimed that UberKids did not provide my full address or contact information. After waiting another 10 days so that the package could be delivered back to the UK, and once again sent back to me, the problems just got worse!
Once I finally received the product (15 days after the original ETA), I realized that they have sent the wrong item. And now, I need to send back the product by myself, so that they will refund me in the future. No real interest on helping to fix a problem that they have created. Empty apologies and no willingness to help an unsatisfied and disappointed customer.
One more shop where customers are just numbers.
