I ordered a black recaro child seat, upon arrival we discovered we had been sent a red one. We contacted uderkids immediately to notify them of their mistake. 3 weeks later and a number of email later the seat is still sitting here as they seem to be unable to arrange to have it returned to them. The seat was even collected at one point by their courier only to be returned to the house two days later and the courier just saying there was a problem with it. I have even offered to arrange the return of it at my own expense at this stage. They have stopped replying to my emails now also. Follow up to this after arranging the return of the seat myself. A new seat was sent out. Everything was looking good label on the boxs said black, happy days. Until we opened the box to discover the seat inside was grey. At this point I think Uberkids is just f##king with me. A company couldn't get an order wrong twice. At this point I'll just keep the grey seat as it's not worth anymore of my time to deal with Uberkids. All I wanted was I black recaro seat for my 6 year old daughter, so she could have a seat like in her daddy's evo. obviously to much to ask for from Uberkids.
