I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. I can see from email correspondence that it was outlined to you our Customer Service team are working on a 2-4 working day response time - I apologise we couldn't get to you sooner.
Restock information is presented at the time of purchase so I apologise if you missed this when placing the order. This has been explained and detailed in the email response provided also.
It looks like your order has since been dispatched but you intend to return the goods. Upon receipt in our warehouse, you will be provided with a refund for the order.

Stock system doesn't work, and they don't respond to emails chasing things up either. Lady in customer services was blunt and did not apologise, telling me I was wrong despite this being incorrect. There are many other reviewers with exactly the same feedback - I wonder who is actually correct???

Definitely not recommended. Car seat broke literrally 2 weeks after the warranty period. Uberkids doesn't offer any commercial gesture except an out-of-warranty repair.

Don't understand how an item can be in stock for immediately dispatch yet the order is still processing. I assumed 2 weeks would be plenty long enough for a birthday present to arrive but apparently not. Save yourself a lot of hassle and don't use this company. No communication either. Ridiculous service, recommend avoiding!

Ordered a new car seat, and received it in less than 24 hours (having paid extra for Saturday delivery). Excellent service and price, and product well packaged. I've had a genuinely positive experience with this company, who I had never used before but certainly will use again.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your shopping experience. Unfortunately, some of our products have to be purchased from the manufacturer/supplier as they are not always kept on our shelves. If the supplier is also struggling to obtain stock, this will have a knock-on effect to our replenishment times - we are only able to provide the information given to us directly by the supplier.

Avoid UberKids - Customer Order number : UK2000316787
I purchased a new car seat on 27/12/2022 for £250. The payment was pending for 7 days.
The payment was then cancelled and the £250 returned to my account on 06/01/2023 along with an email confirming that there was no stock available.
I then purchased another car seat from a different supplier on the 12/01/2023 which arrived the next day. I'd suggest going to John Lewis.
I then had my car seat from UberKids arrive today and they made a payment of £250 putting me in -£220 in my account which I have only got £50 in my savings.
I'm 2 and a half hoursaway from my home and will need petrol in order to make it home.
I've called UberKids and they couldn't care less. They said that they've fulfilled the order and it's in their terms to take payment but that I can return the item at my own cost for a refund... how very nice.
I'm now needing to contact my bank to reverse this payment in order to make it home.
This company is a disgrace and I hope nobody experiences this.
