Unfortunately the item didn't arrive, I suspect an issue with Royal Mail, I spoke to a gentleman called Dean and within two working days I received the missing item, sometimes service is best demonstrated when things don't go to plan and how they are rectified, in my view they could have done little more to put the situation right
