I have just received my order and it's been 2 weeks. I phoned two days ago and was told they would contact Royal Mail tracking to find my parcel or if lost then send a replacement. They said they would email that afternoon to let me know what was happening. I did not get email And now the phone is going straight to voicemail. However the hoods just came via Roydl Mail tracked at no extra cost this morning. So that makes clear me much happier !
