I made a purchase over a month ago I have not received my Decleor face cream, I emailed you to advice that my order has not arrived and you have not even bothered to email me back to explain what has happened I paid over $100 for this order so I not happy I have not received my order. I have heard back from dirtectbeautique it has taken two months and five emails, they informed me that they don't ship to Australia that is why I didn't receive my order. But they have taken $110.00 out of my Visa when they knew they were not going to send my order. Now they won't refund my $110.00, money they should never have taken in the first place. What they have done is against the law.
