I ordered Marc Jacobs Lola from the eBay shop, item was in stock and payment taken, I received an email from Direct Boutique the following day to advise it had been despatched and included tracking information, another email came from EBay the same day to also advise it had been despatched.
2 days later I received an email to advise the item was out if stock and they were arranging a refund. I emailed them to ask the question, how could it have been despatched if it was out of stock, I gave them several opportunities to explain what happened to me, before I wrote a bad review ( they emailed me later to ask me to review my experience!!) but they have ignored me. This was 7 weeks ago, very disappointed, I received my refund, but has to wait for over a week to get the £63.50 back.
