Direct Beautique sent the wrong colour masacara
It went out of stock on their website as soon as the item was ordered, so I thought I had got the last one.
Obviously their stock control was inaccurate and one was not available for my order.
They did Did not even contact me to tell me they were out of stock so I could amend / cancel my order. They just sent a different colour. now it's to late to do anything about it.
Zero Customer Service, absolutely no concern for their customers, and somewhat fraudulent under contract law.
