I am very disappointed with this company. I have previously ordered perfumes with no problem. Last month I reordered the same perfume on the 21st June. I was advised it would be 3-5 days delivery. No problem. The money was taken from my credit card - no problem. On the 24th June I was advised that the goods had been despatched. On the 25 or 26th June I was refunded the payment with no explanation. I then tried to contact the company 3 times by email - No response. I called numerous times to the number published. I was unable to speak with a human and told to leave a message. However, the voice mail box was full. I then sent yet another email, to say I had received a refund - but why send me an email saying the goods had been despatched. Very disappointed with this company. Their prices were good, and but their customer service definitely not. I will also not use this company again. However, they were responsible and refunded me - but absolutely no explanation. This company definitely needs a few more staff to respond to customer queries.
