My wife placed an order for a Clarins product size 100ml. However when the product came it was only 50ml size. When she tried to phone the company there was no one to talk to only a voicemail that was`nt accepting messages. So far she has sent 2 e-mails with no response at all from them. She Feels ripped off. Most of the reviews praise the good delivery times, but beware if you have a problem with the product, you`re not able to contact them, they will ignore you.
