Purchased some make up for my wife on 19/08/19 and money taken from bank. Received notification of dispatch on the 20/08/19. As at the 28/08/19 still not received the goods so emailed Direct Beautique. Never received a reply but strangely enough money was refunded that evening. To-date we have never received any explanation from them as to why they did not supply the goods, despite their website saying the make up was in stock.
